TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

 

VALID FROM 01 APRIL 2029 TO 31 MARCH 2021

 

 

- All regular/ sic tours depart with a minimum of 2 full fare paying adults

(except FDBM in Italian/Spanish/German - Minimum 3 full fare paying adults for depature)

- All regular / sic tours will depart with no more than 12 paying paxs unless previously advised.

 

 

CHILD POLICY:

- Child rates apply to all children aged 3 - 12 years (inclusive). Child rate includes a children's meal where meals are included.
- Infants under the age of 3 are FOC and do not include any meals.
- For all driving tours a child or booster seat must be booked at the time of the reservation.
- In NSW infants under the age of 6 months must travel in an approved rear-facing child car seat. This can be booked upon reservation but will incur an additional cost and is strictly depending on availability. - Optional tours, cruises & lunches will not be accompanied by the tour guide unless specifically requested and at additional cost. Check in assistance will be provided.

 

 

TOUR INFORMATION:

- Passengers must be ready 5 minutes prior to pick up time and should allow up to 10 minutes waiting time due to traffic conditions.

- Unless specifically requested passengers do not need to reconfirm tour upon arrival in Sydney.

- All About Australia Tours & Safaris reserves the right to cancel tours, alter itineraries and days of operation as required.
- All About Australia Tours & Safaris reserves the right to modify or cancel a tour in the event of unforeseen circumstances.

CANCELLATION CONDITIONS:

- There is a 100% cancellation fee for all tours cancelled within 48 hours or for no shows.

- Tours cancelled between 2 and 6 days prior to tour departure will incur a 30% cancellation fee. - Tours cancelled between 7 and 14 days prior to tour departure will incur a 25% cancellation fee. Tours cancelled between 15 and 30 days prior to tour departure will incur a 10% cancellation fee

- Over the Christmas / New Year period cancellation within 7 days will incur a 100% fee

PRIVATE TOUR CANCELLATION CONDITIONS:

- All private tours will incur 100% cancellation fees within 72 hours of travel. Over 72 hours our general cancellation conditions apply.

 

BLOCK OUT DATES:

3 AT Tours may not be able to guarantee departures on block out dates due to guide availability. Tours on those days are strictly on request only and will incur a holiday surcharge of $ 250 per booking if confirmed.

- 25th, 26th, 28th and 31st December
- 1st and 26th January
- 12th and 13th April 2020: Easter Sunday and Monday

Other NSW Public Holiday . Tours on those days will incur a surcharge of 30% per booking

PEAK TIME conditions

During the summer peak season (Christmas / New Year period) from 19 December 2020 to 06 January 2021 the following conditions apply: All tours on request and surcharges will apply

- All tours are on request only.
- A surcharge will apply in order to guarantee guide services. 

- Over the Christmas / New Year period cancellation within 7 days will incur a 100% fee

- Some options may not be available due to other supplier block outs.
- Some dates may not be recommended for optional tours due to over-crowding meaning that 3AT Tours cannot guarantee the quality of service.
- Additional special events may alter hotel pick ups and tour itineraries (such as Sydney Marathon, City 2 Surf, Mardi Gras, etc...) . On those event days we will advise of any changes.
